To celebrate Wagga Wagga's Gold Cup race week, stunning millinery creations of Sydney hat designer Neill Grigg tracing his designs made for picnic races up to his recent commission for HRH Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, to be complimented by works in the racing carnival spirit from the Art Gallery's collection.
