Nothing is abstract features three bodies of work stemming from the artist’s practice of digital life-drawing. Touch-screen computers are used to produce drawings and then programming languages are employed to programmatically remix and reconfigure the forms observed into randomized mysterious narrative and abstract compositions. Each work stems from the artist’s research conducted at Charles Sturt University while living in Wagga Wagga between 2010 and 2015.
