Drawing, embroidery and moving shadows suggest absent presences through uncertain relationships between fragmentary visual and material clues. Doubts and gaps on the edges of sense and meaning hover between culturally known forms arranged in odd sequences encountered as incomplete, unstable, temporarily aligned visual narratives that resist certain meanings.
