SODA_JERK present Hollywood Burn, an anti-copyright epic constructed entirely from hundreds of clips pirated from the archives of Hollywood, in collaboration with artist Sam Smith.  Based in New York, SODA_JERK work with sampled material to construct rogue histories and counter-mythologies, taking the form of video installations, cut-up texts and live video essays. Mixing sci-fi, romantic comedy, biblical epic and action movies, Hollywood Burn pits a righteous league of video pirates against the evil tyrant Moses and his Copyright Commandments.
