Weaving The Riverina is an exhibition by textile artist Fiona Durman that explores the colours and textures of our region. Fiona’s work explores the landscape, as she actively collects leaves and flowers from her surrounds to dye natural yarns. These yarns are woven together creating a series of wall-hangings and clothing. Each thread gently intertwines both organically and structurally to emulate the imperfections and variations of nature.
