Our program presents five new exhibitions exploring environmentally challenging themes and issues. The launch includes the eagerly anticipated 2022 Archibald Prize Regional Tour which highlights prominent Australian figures from all walks of life, from famous faces to local heroes.

Our environmental suite showcases, internationally renowned Australian artist Mel O’Callaghan’s Centre of the Centre. The exhibition examines the origins of life and its regenerative forces, iterated through video, performance and sculpture.

Plastic: Unwrapping the World challenges audiences to reconsider their use and dependency upon single use plastic. The exhibition, curated in conjunction with academic Professor Gay Hawkins, showcases the work of artists Cath Barcan, Rox De Luca, Blake Griffiths and Sarah Goffman.

In the National Art Glass Gallery artist Blake Griffith’s new work Glass Beach proposes to question notions of value, waste and disposability.

In Going Feral Wagga Wagga Art Gallery partners with the Museum of the Riverina and Riverina artists to explore the impact of six feral animals common across the Riverina region. Going Feral is a family-focused exhibition.
