An opportunity to witness Canberra-based artist Hannah Quinlivan create a salt drawing live in the Gallery space.
Visitors are invited to slow down, pull up a seat in the Gallery and see this inherently ephemeral artwork come to life in the exhibition Tamworth Textiles Triennial on the exhibition’s opening weekend in Wagga Wagga.
ABOUT HANNAH QUNILIVAN
Hannah Quinlivan’s practice encompasses experimental drawing, and her slat drawings play with salt’s capacity to change form to draw our attention to the shifting structures of feeling and affect. The drawings become a meditation on the temporality of feelings — how they are formed, how they evolve, and how they dissolve.
