RAD artist in residence Tracey Jones employs traditional oil painting techniques to create figurative, landscape and still life works that reflect a contemporary perspective.

During her RAD residency, Tracey will develop a new body of work that explores the decline of the quintessential Australian Rural town. Focusing on the streetscapes that exist within a 60-mile distance, as the crow flies, of Wagga Wagga, her research and explorations will create work that challenges accepted concepts of beauty.
